I absolutely LOVE their cables. However, their communication skills are extremely subpar. I've purchased several hundreds of dollars in cables from this company, and they always deliver great quality products.
Yet not one single solitary time that I placed an order did I receive any communication without first having to reach out to them! In fact, with my most recent purchase of this 12ga wire, my products were delivered 2 days BEFORE they even sent me the order confirmation email... absolutely ridiculous. Then offer a measly 5% discount. Shameful.
They will send your orders, so don't worry about that. You won't get ripped off, and you won't be disappointed in the product quality. But, you're not likely to get any timely communication from them either. You WILL very likely have to email them 3 to 4 days after your purchase to even gey them to deliver yohr order.
