Who should I to contact if I have any questions?

Feel free to contact us any time you have a question or concern.  You can contact us by Email or Live Chat on our site.  We do not offer phone support at the moment as we feel we can help customers for a longer period of time without having to worry about keeping other customers on hold. How do I track my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation.  Based on when your order was placed, your order may qualify for same day shipping and you will receive a tracking number that evening.  If not, you will receive a tracking number the following day.  You can track packages on UPS, FedEx, or USPS websites.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

We understand, you changed your mind.  As much as it breaks our hearts, we’ll make any reasonable effort to cancel your order.  Please contact us via your order page or or email us immediately at sales@showtimeelectronics.com to cancel your order.  If an order has a tracking number uploaded already, it may not be canceled.

How can I return a product?

Did you change your mind?  Maybe the wife got upset?  Whatever the issue is, returns happen.  We want to make it hassle-free so you can send your item back for the item you want, or a refund if you desire.  Please use the return request on your order page to request a return and we’ll get back to you with your Return Authorization as well as the address for your return. Please note:  You are responsible for return shipping back to us, and returns are subject to a restocking fee.

How long will it take to get my package?

We are proud to have warehouses in Knoxville, TN and Las Vegas, NV to help our customers get their items quickly. Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to have a better estimated transit time for your item. Depending on the items ordered, transit times are anywhere between 1-5 business days, depending on where the item is in stock! We do our best to delegate where the items are shipping to, and which warehouse location has the items in stock, to get them to you the quickest!
