Standard Return Policy Overview

You may return merchandise purchased from Showtime Electronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Once you log in to your user account, you will be able to Request and RMA.
