The Ciare CME250 is a high-SPL, 10″ midbass / low frequency driver engineered for serious sound systems. Designed to handle high power with reliable linearity, it delivers authoritative midbass and excels in applications where depth, dynamics, and clarity are critical — be it compact PA systems, high-powered car audio, or custom high-fidelity enclosures.
With a robust 50 mm copper voice coil wound on a glass fiber former, a deep 12.5 mm winding, and a powerful ferrite magnet system featuring an 8 mm magnetic gap, the CME-250 is built to maintain control even under demanding excursion. Its stiff, doped cellulose cone and cloth surround ensure precise response across the midband while resisting distortion. The steel basket provides mechanical integrity and sturdy support for heavy duty use.
Audio system designers and builders will favor the CME-250 for its combination of extended excursion (±4.5 mm), strong force factor (Bl ≈ 7.5 T·m), and well-balanced Thiele–Small parameters for sealed or compact enclosures.
